今週の動画は、芋ようかんです。 材料のほとんどがさつまいもなので、美味しいさつまいもを用意して作ってみてくださいね。芋ようかんが作れれば、小豆を使った水羊羹もすぐに作れるようになると思います。ぜひお試しください♪

【材料】
さつまいも　500g
甘味料　 80g
水　150g
粉寒天　小さじ1

【作り方】
《1》さつまいもを蒸して裏ごしします。
《2》水と粉寒天を火にかけ沸騰させます。
《3》全ての材料をよく混ぜ合わせます。
《4》型に敷き詰め、冷したらできあがりです。

【VEGGIE DISHES #49】
This week’s video is “Imo Yokan”. Imo Yokan is a bar of sweet potato paste. I love this Japanese dessert since I was a child! Hope you’ll like this recipe;)

【INGREDIENTS】
500g sweet potatoes
80g sweetener
150g water
1 tsp agar powder

【INSTRUCTION】
1. Steam sweet potatoes and then strain.
2. Bring water and agar powder to a boil.
3. Mix all the ingredients well.
4. Transfer to a pan and let it cool.
